Why you should drink Beet Juice?

Just the thought of drinking beets is scary. Moreover, many times when you say something is nutritious or organic it may not taste good.

  • Beet juice may boost stamina to help you exercise longer, improve blood flow, and help lower blood pressure, some research shows. Beets are rich in natural chemicals called nitrates. Through a chain reaction, your body changes nitrates into nitric oxide, which helps with blood flow. Source
  • Beets are one of the healthiest foods you can juice. If you have not ever tried beet juice, now is the time to start. Many ancient cultures regarded beet not as food but as medicine, a testimony to their potency.  At first, beets were valued explicitly for their leaves, which have nutritional and therapeutic value.  In the same family as spinach and chard, beets contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. They are also high in vitamins C and B6, folate, manganese, betaine and potassium. Beets are rich in a unique source of phytonutrients called betalains. Both betanin and vulgaxanthin, two highly researched betalains found in beets, have potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties. Source

When Beetology came across our desk, we were very skeptical especially not being beet drinkers. However, with the many flavors, the excellent taste and the all natural feel we had to #GIRLVERIFY it.
Especially very chilled 'Beetology' juices taste quite pleasant and are refreshing.
